Eric Rude | President

Following in his father’s footsteps, Eric has been working in construction since before he graduated high school. Learning the ropes early, he quickly became a crew leader on remodeling and room addition projects, and soon moved on to open his own company.

Securing his own Contractors License in 1996, he quickly built a solid reputation for great customer service and quality workmanship. In the 2008 downturn, using his previous business experience, he pivoted to business coaching until the market returned to normal and once again built a construction firm based on service and quality building.

Eric enjoys traveling, fishing, and anything that goes fast. He loves to get away with his fiancée; spending time at Lake Shasta or exploring foreign adventures when they can.

Liz Chamblee | Office Manager

Liz is a dynamic multi-tasker, handling everything from purchasing office equipment and job materials, human resources, payroll, bookkeeping, billing, vendor and customer coordination, to supporting our clients and staff. She’s a trusted advisor, liaison, and assistant to the President of Pro Level.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Liz attended California State University East Bay and received a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a minor in Human Development. She has a passion for helping people find answers and solutions.

When she’s not managing the office, she’s a mom to busy twin boys. She enjoys traveling, mountain biking, dirt biking, hiking, and chasing waterfalls with her fiancé.

Rebekah Ladd | Design Specialist

Rebekah has been a design specialist for the past decade and has mainly worked throughout the east bay and Marin county areas. She has taken on jobs of many sizes, starting from simple bathroom refreshes to whole house remodels. Creating a space custom to clients – she marries the ample knowledge of interior design with over a decade of experience in the world of kitchen and bath renovation and remodel consulting. She will be with you every step of the way – from scribbles on a paper to a final design layout ready for construction.

Born into a military family, Rebekah has traveled across the world and has taken inspiration from each culture she has had the pleasure to visit. On her days off you can find her adventuring local downtown areas, spending quality time with her family, or finding new hiking spots to take her two dogs.

Billy Alcantara | Estimator

Billy is an experienced builder, woodworker and licensed general contractor in California. His role at Pro Level is to translate architectural intent and client priorities into productive, well-executed estimates. Raised in Southern California, Billy’s introduction to building started at an early age. From replacing windows & doors to moving to the Bay Area and starting a General Construction company. Creating and improving spaces has been a lifelong pursuit. With 15+ years of construction experience, Billy can visualize and provide detailed estimates for our clients.

Sam Hayden | Project Manager

Sam has been in residential construction for 18 years. He found a passion for the artistic side of remodeling homes and moved from a handyman’s assistant to working on a professional team; specializing in luxury kitchen and bathroom renovation early in his career. Ten years later, he began leading crews and training to become a licensed contractor. He has a passion for all the sub-trades and leading a team to build the best. Sam is consistent, reliable, and highly knowledgeable.

His personal interests and hobbies include sound design, music production, photography, graphic arts, interior design, architecture, and adventures in the great outdoors.

Chris Skeeles | Crew Lead

Chris began his career at the early age of 15 years old; working on residential and commercial remodeling projects. In 1991, he began working for a large-scale commercial builder, specializing in multi-story, structural steel and pre-engineered metal buildings, super slab construction, schools and municipal buildings. He later worked for a LIHTC Builder and supervised the construction of 276 homes.

He enjoys sports, fishing, camping, and spending time with his fiancée and children.

Junior Urvina | Crew Lead

Junior has over 15 years experience in finish carpentry. He has a passion for residential remodeling and especially enjoys interior finish work and custom cabinetry. He began his career at age 21, working with several commercial construction companies completing the interior work, and later joined various general contractors who specialized in residential remodeling. Junior is a Journeyman Carpenter and completed the Carpentry Apprenticeship program in 2006 and is also a heavy equipment operator.

He’s a sports lover and enjoys playing soccer. He also loves spending time with his wife and 2 children, and goes camping at the lake as often as he can.

Britney Schonbachler | Office Assistant

Britney is a seasoned Human Resource and Administrative Assistant with over 5 years of experience in an office setting. She is known for her problem solving and strong interpersonal skills. Britney has a passion for interior design. She loves being a part of a team that brings people’s dream homes to life.

Britney attended California State University, Chico. She received a minor in Interior Design and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Hospitality, and Parks Management, with a focus on Management.

Outside of the office, you will find her spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, visiting wineries, and hiking Briones Regional Park with her Fiancé.
