Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)

Garage conversion using the existing footprint. Reconfigured walls and left the roof in place. Poured new concrete floor with radiant heat. Tied into the homes existing sewer, water, power and gas. Built a small bathroom and kitchenette. It’s now a 450 square foot studio apartment.
