Kitchen Remodel + New Porch

This major kitchen remodel includes all the bells and whistles. We added 50 square feet of raised ceiling, an island, changed walls, built out a coffee and tea station and put a great deal of emphasis on the tile work. Our client selected upgraded cabinetry to include soft close doors and drawers, earthquake safety latches, and recycling and compost centers. This home originally had a tunnel entry. We executed their desire to have a more gracious entry into the home by adding a large dormer and overhanging porch, moved the entry door, and built a new Ipe deck. We also replaced the windows, rebuilt the mantel on the existing fireplace, and added a 2nd fireplace in the home.
