Room Addition and Bathroom Remodel + Closets in Master

This addition consists of substantial excavation into the side of the hill under the garage and driveway to build out the family room and office, adding 300 square feet of usable living space. We are removing the center posts at the entry of the garage and replacing with a large door to make parking two cars easier. After remodeling a bathroom, we will add two additional closets in the master suite.
