Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)

Garage conversion using the existing footprint. Tore down the existing structure and then overlaid new concrete for a stained concrete floor. Built all new structure, tied into the homes existing sewer, water, power and gas. Built a small bathroom, kitchenette and laundry. It’s now a 450 square foot studio apartment.
